Sakhalin Moscow

Sakhalin is the one Michelin Star brainchild of restaurateur Boris Zarkov and White Rabbit Family brand-chef Vladimir Mukhin. A wide range of seafood from Russia's Far East sea, including shells, crabs, shrimp, and fish, is set against a unique 360-degree fine dining experience panorama of Moscow. Sakhalin is a gastronomic art form in which the conductor's stick of taste is used to achieve perfection in performance. The restaurant's chic interior is inspired by the waves and oceans. A new kind of MediterrAsian cuisine was born when Russian regional items, including caviar, were blended with Mediterranean and Asian dishes and cooking techniques. The restaurant's heart Is a raw bar with a glacier and an aquarium where diners can select seafood according to their preferences. With snow-white tablecloths and a warm ambiance, Irina Glik and Geometria Studio designed an elegant evening style for Sakhalin. In the summer, the grand "double-decker" restaurant, which has 188 seats, will have even more.
