Mermaid Gin

Hand-crafted on the Isle of Wight, Mermaid Gin is a signature liqueur inspired by its botanical rock samphire, known locally as ‘mermaid’s kiss’. The kiss of the mythical mermaid was to save sailors lost at sea, the rock samphire was a signal that shipwrecked sailors and smugglers were safe from the rag. Mermaid Gin delivers a smooth yet complex combination of fresh citrus notes and peppery grains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from locally foraged, fragrant rock samphire.

Mermaid Gin was awarded first place in the IWSC Design Awards and has been certified as Plastic-Free by A Plastic Planet. Produced from recyclable glass, the bottle features a sustainably sourced natural cork stopper and compostable tamper-proof seal.
