CONCEPT 439 HOUSE

Roman Vlasov envisions this floating house concept at the base of a jagged cliff-side coast. The linear shoreline lair is rooted to the craggy beach and extends beyond the water's edge, cantilevering. This brilliant piece of architecture, which is suspended on a pedestal, causes little disruption to the natural topography, and its stealth design almost merges into the surroundings. Its top, which is cantilevered over the water, is ideal for a helicopter landing pad, but if the owner prefers, an infinity pool or lounge area might be built to elegantly match their lifestyle. When you walk in, you're welcomed by floor-to-ceiling windows and large open living areas that are split down the middle to provide a private shelter for those who prefer coastal living. If you don't want to use the helipad, the only other way to leave this tiny island is via boat, which isn't a bad option if you own a superyacht.
